Extremely spacious room with climate control, a private safe and multi-channel TV, greatly enjoyed it. The location of the property was particularly good, in the middle of jackson.

Thoroughly enjoyed our clean rooms, plus the staff was very good! The hotel was in a favourable and great position short walk to the cafe. Furthermore, near center. Everything was simply great.

Got complimentary cookies and water. Location was convenient. Had a nice view from the window.

i liked the speed of process,service was good ..means staff knows what there were doing..once i reached i found everything was ready and waiting for me to check-in. clean and tidy,

some facilities were poor (e.g tv,remote control)mini bar not loaded,less hotel car parking,staff need customer care courses for improvement(as they dont promote any of the facilities of the hotel)

basically its just a hotel if you on the a road trip and you just want some where to sleep

Good for families (3+ members). The price from Booked.net is less than posted hotel rate. Nice for overnight sleeping mainly. The price is ~accepatable for the size of the suite.

The room and bathroom were not up to par. The bathroom lacked proper maintenance and had a leaky faucet which made it quite uncomfortable to use.
